Yirgacheffe Washed Grade 2 Green Coffee Beans

Yirgacheffe is considered the finest of all coffees grown in Ethiopia, the most prevalent taste characteristic is lemon, which gives a distinct tart bite combined with a rich, floral finish. Bright acidity, medium body, marked Jasmine and lemon flavours.

Washing methods take place to process the beans.

This coffee mainly processed in wet method of processing, but small quantity of Natural/Sundried Yirgacheffe coffee is available.
